Project9 Integrated Child Health and Social Services Award (ICHSSA 2) Project with support from USAID/ARFH

The Integrated Child Health and Social Services Award (ICHSSA 2) Project objective is to reduce the impact of Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) on Orphans and Vulnerable children (OVC). WJF’s mandate is to ensure that OVCs are cared for and protected by their households, communities, local and state governments. The specific objectives of this project include:

  • Households have the capacity to access basic services for OVC.
  • Communities have the capacity to secure the rights of OVC.
  • Local and state governments are supported with the capacity to respond to the needs of OVC through effective service delivery that prevents and mitigates child rights violations.

Targeted services are provided to meet the basic needs of OVC sub-populations across 6 LGAs of Edo State.
