Willi Johnson Foundation is a non-profit, non-religious, non-political, non-racial and non-governmental but a voluntary organization that is involved in promoting optimum Economic and Social cultural empowerment of women, men, youths and children including People with Disabilities, because their economic empowerment is a reflection of the empowerment of the nation.
Willi Johnson Foundation has a team of Twelve (12) competent full-time staff of cumulative 61 years’ experience and array of community volunteers.
WJF employ a mix of strategies ranging from community mobilization, participatory approaches to prevention, care and support. Our core strategy revolves around targeted community-based initiatives and grassroots interventions. To minimize dependency and ensure long-term sustainability of our programmes, we train youth, women and men including People Living with Disability of rural and urban communities to educate, care for and support people living in their own communities. By empowering local people, we enable our communities’ stakeholders take ownership of the project.
